ABOUT ME

Hello! I discovered specialty coffee in 2003 and since then it became my passion. Driven by this passion, I have dedicated myself to studying and exploring coffee with the aim of developing its full potential in flavor and quality.

I love making great coffee! I’ve been a barista since 2005 and have trained and prepared many baristas to compete at the highest level in national and world championships. Here are the results of my career:

I am also a professional roaster and have a roastery in El Salvador called Alquimia Coffee.

También soy tostador un catador Q Grader certificado por el Coffee Quality Institute.

Adicionalmente soy instructor autorizado de la Asosiación de Cafés Especiales (SCA) conliscencia para dar certificaciones en: Barista, Brewing, Tostado, y Sensory Skills

Furthermore, I am an authorized instructor of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) with a license to provide certifications in Barista, Brewing, Roasting, and Sensory Skills.
