I founded the first coffee shop and specialty coffee roastery in El Salvador in 2005 and it became a well-known brand nationally and internationally.

SCA CERTIFICATIONS
They are the certified courses of the Coffee Skills Program of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).

MASTERCLASSES
The master classes are my face-to-face training courses. These are very specialized and each one focuses on specific areas of study.

ONLINE COURSES
They are virtual/face-to-face (online) training courses. The student learns from his computer or digital device, all that is needed is internet access.

STAFF TRAINING (BARISTAS AND ROASTERS)​

Having your company’s staff with good training guarantees the quality of the coffee you sell.

My trainings are for baristas of all levels from beginners to advanced or experts. These trainings include theoretical foundations and practical exercises.

REPRESENTATION OF FARMS AND PRODUCERS

With my representation, you will be able to do direct business with roasters that highly value the coffee you produce.

For this, I organize tastings both in my laboratory and at events around the world and at the facilities of the roasters that I visit on my travels.

When a roaster is interested in a coffee that I have presented to him, I coordinate so that he visits the farm and meets the producer. I also help in the negotiations so that the coffee is valued appropriately and that the producer receives the best possible offer.
