My Coffee Blog

In this blog I will be writing my experiences, experiments, observations, knowledge, curiosities and opinions about specialty coffee. My goal is to share information with all people who are interested in discovering more about coffee and how to improve its quality in the cup.

But a good cup of coffee does not happen by chance, it is almost always the result of an immense coordination and collaborative effort of many people with a single objective: to make a high quality product for the final consumer.

So in this blog I will write about many coffee topics from that collaborative effort from seed to cup: production, processing, roasting, brewing, sensory evaluation, serving and consumption.

I also hope that here we can exchange ideas, so you can ask questions and leave comments but in a constructive way to keep the progressive spirit of this space. For this purpose, I reserve the right to delete comments that are offensive or discriminatory in any way.
